At Hammock Wellness Centre, we love to create unique and immersive experiences! This time, we’re bringing you a Thai-inspired workshop that will nourish both body and soul. Together, Elina and Tina will guide you through the art of Thai Herbal Compress Massage—a soothing, aromatic technique you can practice on someone you care about. There will be a demonstration on how to make your own herbal compresses and you’ll take two per person to continue your practice at home. During the workshop, you’ll discover how to apply the compresses on your partner, friend, or yourself, experiencing their therapeutic warmth firsthand.
If you are coming alone, let us know and we’ll try to arrange a working partner for you, however ideally bringing a someone along whether it's a friend, colleague, sibling, or partner is ideal! .But the experience doesn’t stop there!
We’ll dive into the world of Thai cuisine, where you'll participate in making a fragrant Thai Green Curry before we all sit down together to enjoy a delicious meal with fellow participants and organizers. And of course, we have a few special surprises in store for you!
